You'll receive a high-resolution PNG and a PDF. Both are sized and formatted for direct upload to Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, Realtor.com, and most other listing platforms. No editing or conversion is required on your end.

Most plans are delivered within 2 business days of the on-site visit. Larger or more complex properties may take longer, and we'll communicate an estimated delivery time when we schedule your visit.

For our Basic and Basic + Furniture offerings every floor plan starts with an in-person visit. We use a professional Bluetooth laser distance measurer to capture precise room dimensions on-site. Most visits take 30–60 minutes depending on property size.

If you already have a floor plan you want cleaned up or digitized, no site visit is required just send us what you have and we’ll get started from there.

You don’t need to be present for the visit as long as we have access to all rooms, we’ll handle everything. A tenant, co-host, or property manager letting us in works perfectly fine.
